This certifies that _______________________(owner of mare) here referred to as Mare Owner, has engaged a service to All Round Texas, ApHC # 556969 and ApHCC #33629, Rein Dancer SSH ApHC #577003 and IAHA #1A 333341 or Reining Prince ApHC # N643624 (please cross out the stallion for which you are not contracting for), for the Mare ____________________, Registry and Number______________________for the 2011 season at $750, live foal guarantee (LFG), in case of breeding via shipped semen includes up to one shipment of cooled semen. Additional shipments will be subject to reimbursement of disbursements for collection of semen of $250 plus shipping. Justice Shines CAHR # 004491 is available to approved mares for his first breeding season at a stud fee of $1,000 LFG. All Round Texas comes with a color guarantee while Rein Dancer SSH and Justice Shines come with a guarantee of a black based foal.

Ranch, agent for the above named stallion, will herein be referred to as Breeder. This service is engaged subject to the following:

1. A booking fee of $100 of the above fee is payable with this contract and the balance of $650 will be payable prior to shipping semen or the mare arriving to be covered. All unpaid expenses for additional collection and shipping over and above the first shipment will be payable prior to shipping. The booking fee is non-refundable. 18% interest per annum will be charged on all accounts in excess of thirty days. This contract is governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta.

2. A photostatic copy of registration papers (both sides) should be attached to the breeding contract.

3. The Mare Owner shall agree that each mare offered for breeding shall be in sound breeding condition and free from infection or disease. The Mare Owner will provide the breeding farm with a breeding history.

4. Live foal Guaranteed. Live foal means the foal shall stand and nurse. It is understood that if the mare proves barren, aborts her foal or if the foal is still-born, a breeding will be guaranteed the following year only, providing notification is given. Proper notification shall be defined as follows: Written certification by a licensed veterinarian that the mare has slipped or produced a non-viable foal. Mare owner certifies that such abortion or death did not result from any omission of the Owner subsequent to the mare's departure from Ranch. Booster rhinopneumonitis vaccination must be administered as indicated by the individual drug manufacturer as the mare progresses through her pregnancy. Failure to do this will void live foal guarantee. Rebreed privileges extended beyond the following year shall be subject to an additional fee.

5. The breeding season in force for this contract shall begin February 14th and close June 30th of the year covered by this contract. No new mares will be accepted for breedings after the first of June unless special arrangements are agreed upon by both parties.

6. It is further agreed that should the above named stallion die, or become unfit for service, or, if the above named mare dies, during the breeding season then the Owner may substitute another mare or breed the above named mare to another stallion on the farm that is agreed to by both the Mare Owner and Breeder.

7. A breeder's certificate will be issued to Mare Owner after all expenses have been paid in full and upon notification of the birth of the foal.

8. When the above named Mare Owner signs and returns one copy of this contract to the Breeder, it will then be a binding contract on both parties, subject to the terms and conditions. This contract is not valid unless completed in full.
