At Sunset Stock Horses (SSH) we take pride in breeding and raising athletic, coloured stock horses that can work at the ranch or be competitive in the arena. Our senior stallion is a foundation designated Canadian National Champion Appaloosa cow horse and reiner with many National Champion offspring. We also stand a beautiful homozygous black Half Arab Appaloosa with a white blanket who's offspring are successfully showing in cutting, cow horse, reining and distance. Our junior stallion, a homozygous black purebred Arabian, has not yet sired any foals as he is still establishing his reining career. We do occasionally introduce new young stallions at stud who are also available for sale. Our mares are selected for their talent and that comes in many different breeds. We stand some of our stallions to selected outside mares and we have young horses for sale.
